i think this says to me that its the police themselves who are undermining the authority, as eveyone has the right to strike and to form an official picket line! good action shot though!

Perfect photo for the challenge. I’m glad someone had what I felt should be posted as I had nothing so improvised. I always carry my camera looking for shots of this nature thinking someday I’ll run across one.
